Professional, kind, informative, compassionate with my situations with my 2 vehicles. Justin and Zach are wonderful. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on their mechanical abilities. I purchased a 13 BMW a little over a month ago that had a catastrophic engine failure. They diagnosed the issues and compassionately and professionally managed me. I brought my daughter’s 07 EOS, Shelia, in for diagnostics. They explained after having an hour into the process all of the system issues we were having. Then they expressed their opinion moving forward, explaining further diagnosis would be more costly and we were already over $5000. Well over the vehicles value. The company was mindful of my wallet while remaining professional with a light bit of much needed laughter. Even though I only had basic headlight work done on the Volkswagen, I would highly recommend them. They are the definition of a high integrity company. This is rare in today’s mechanical arena. If I purchase any European automobile in the future, they will be the only ones to ever service my vehicles. 5 stars is not enough. 5 million is a good starting point.

I brought my VW GTI in to evaluate a rattle/clunk emanating from the front. They were able to diagnose the problem as an aftermarket brake pad they also found a few other things that needed attention Which the prior mechanic had not addressed Communication was great And the car is running fantastically I’ll be back

They do a fabulous job at explaining what you need done and also not doing things that don’t need done. Very friendly and they do what they say they will do when they say they will do it.

I have had my MINI serviced at European AutoHaus for both a wheel bearing repair and, more recently, a cooling system/thermostat repair. Both experiences were very positive. They were thorough in diagnosing the problems, clearly explained their findings, and kept me informed throughout the repair process. For the cooling system repair, they provided photos, saved the replaced parts for me to inspect, and reviewed everything with me when I picked up the vehicle. I especially appreciate their transparency, attention to detail, and clear communication. The work was well documented, and I felt that I understood exactly what was being repaired and why. I would definitely recommend European AutoHaus.

I would never hesitate to recommend European Autohaus to anyone with a German vehicle. I’ve been a customer of theirs since 2008. I’ve owned 3 different BMW’s in that time. They’ve saved me a ton of money and hassle over getting things done at the dealership. They’ve never been pushy, or tried to recommend services my vehicle didn’t really need. If you let them baby your car, they’ll keep it running at its best for years to come!

Zak and the rest of the crew have been extremely helpful, kind, honest about my car’s needs. I don’t feel like they are trying to make money off of me. 10/10 service. If I could give them a higher rating I would. Service advisors are super knowledgeable, kind and patient. Techs are experts. Price is right. Parts are high quality and covered with warranty. The perfect place in eastern WA to get your European car serviced/repaired. No point in ever going to a dealership they’re terrible, and they empty your bank account. My father has been a customer for about 3-4 years and brings his Mercedes in for repairs, he told me this is the shop to get repairs done at, and he was right! they’ll help you and take your car in and make it run and drive like it’s brand new again!

Great shop. Friendly and efficient. A bit on the pricey side, but that is expected considering the vehicles serviced there.

I had a great experience with European AutoHaus. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair my car without trying to upsell or overcharge me, which is rare these days. They were extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through everything step by step so I actually understood what was going on. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just making a quick buck. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop for your German vehicle, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

I have trusted them with my vehicles for years. Would not take my car anywhere else. Reasonable prices , use only OME parts which is important to me. with The staff is professional and friendly. They do not overcharge, and only work on what needs to be done . They may recommend in the future something the car needs based on age/miles but are not pushy and give their rationale for the recommendation not pushy. Always do a great job. Stand behind their work and repairs.
