10/10 service. If I could give them a higher rating I would. Service advisors are super knowledgeable, kind and patient. Techs are experts. Price is right. Parts are high quality and covered with warranty. The perfect place in eastern WA to get your European car serviced/repaired. No point in ever going to a dealership they’re terrible, and they empty your bank account. My father has been a customer for about 3-4 years and brings his Mercedes in for repairs, he told me this is the shop to get repairs done at, and he was right! they’ll help you and take your car in and make it run and drive like it’s brand new again!

I had a great experience with European AutoHaus. They went above and beyond to properly diagnose and repair my car without trying to upsell or overcharge me, which is rare these days. They were extremely thorough and took the time to walk me through everything step by step so I actually understood what was going on. You can tell they care about doing things the right way, not just making a quick buck. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop for your German vehicle, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

They did waterpump, timing belt replacement on my vehicle. Kept informed, helpful staff, they know european car repair.

I have trusted them with my vehicles for years. Would not take my car anywhere else. Reasonable prices , use only OME parts which is important to me. with The staff is professional and friendly. They do not overcharge, and only work on what needs to be done . They may recommend in the future something the car needs based on age/miles but are not pushy and give their rationale for the recommendation not pushy. Always do a great job. Stand behind their work and repairs.

If you have an European car this is the place to bring your car. The prices are better than the dealership and the customer service is outstanding. Brought my BMW X1 to them and they laid out what needed to be fix and items that needed to be fix down the road. Will definitely be coming back here if I have any other issues.

Within the last couple weeks, I had an auxiliary battery go out in our BMW 330. This shop was absolutely fantastic in working with me. I tried calling the dealership and they told me that parts would take over a month to ship from Germany. This shop was able to find parts immediately and get them shipped within two days of me calling them.
